Join mindful meditation class every Saturday! Learn the basics of mindfulness meditation alongside us in a peaceful and silent environment 10:00 - 11:30 am ET. Always free to attend—whether it's in person at the center or via live stream on Youtube.
Bottled water and a snack will be provided. Students may bring their own meditation cushions.
